Marketing Operations Data Analyst
The Marketing Data Analyst will help in the BAU support of the EMEA Marketing organization. They will collaborate across EMEA Marketing Operations and Corporate Marketing Operations teams to support the development of metrics, insights, data maintenance and systems
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Partner with EMEA Marketing operations to produce, maintain and distribute core marketing
data KPIs and metrics.
• Liaise with global marketing operations teams to ensure integrity in reporting, data
management and process development.
• Develop and document data enrichment and acquisition processes.
• Support EMEA marketing function in list building, marketing database segmentation and
health baselining and reporting.
• Develop and distribute weekly/monthly reporting cadence.
• Develop and Maintain a data dictionary.
• Support and contribute to GDPR governance.
• Enable EMEA marketing team with the skills and tool knowledge to succeed in their role.
• Become an expert for database management.
• Drive awareness, utilization and refinement of partner dashboards and standardized reports.
• Development and maintenance of marketing lead/contact data quality
• Understanding and reporting on the health of the Marketo database (data quality, gaps/areas
for growth and improvement)
Required skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Leads, Campaigns, Accounts, Contacts,
Opportunities
• Excellent English skills - reading and writing is required
• Strong MS Office skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong system analytical skill supported by ability to translate large amounts of data into
useful information and actionable priorities
• Ability to build trust and maintain relationship with related team in the process
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload
Preferred skills
• The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of experience within a tech.
• Business level communication skills in English
• Proficiency in data analysis tools. Tableau or similar is a nice-to-have
• Experience of bespoke internal databases or data management systems.
• Experience maintaining a MAP (Marketing Automation Platform, Marketo is preferred) to
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) integration, a huge plus
