Responsibilities
- Responsible in processing bi-monthly payroll activities for all employees
- Reviews employment data prior to processing a pay run and coordinates with Human Resources and other department's personnel corrections and adjustments as needed.
- Handles payroll related issues and proactively initiates solutions
- Update payroll records as appropriate
Qualifications
- With at least 1 – 2 years of Experience in End to end Payroll Processing
- End-to-end Payroll Administration – Timekeeping and Computation including the Final Pay computation of Separated/Inactive employees
- Full Process and Administration of 13th month Pay, Cash Conversion of Leaves and Allowances
- Ensure Accurate Payroll Calculations and Deductions
- Checking of Timesheets for Accuracy and Compliance
- Application of Bank Account Numbers
- Ensure Smooth Communication with Employees and Timely Resolution to their Queries
- Work closely with Compensation and Benefits and HR representatives to verify the accuracy of all employee HR and Benefits changes, new hire entries, terminations, and other payroll-related maintenance items
- Handles New Hire Orientation
- Demonstrated ability to work with different MS Office Tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc
- Provide reports and assistance to Operations, other departments and other team members, as needed
- Work from home - midshift
