Overview

Facility administrators serve in a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive operations of an organization or business location.

Responsibilities

1. Purchasing Assistant for the assigned site/s.

2. Coordinate with Building admin and other vendors.

3. Manage database such as office supplies, headset, lockers, ID

4. Issue company assets to employees.
5. Provide and monitor OPEX and CAPEX reporting

6. Over sees the day to day monitoring, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities' Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary/Plumbing, UPS, CCTV, Security Access and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems to ensure safety and maintain the site

7. Monitor the performance of security, housekeeping and other third party/allied service providers

8. Coordinate and monitor compliance with permits, licenses and other government mandated rules and regulations

9. Coordinate space planning and office fit out by the evolving business and effectively communicate with the other departments concerned

10. Do first response on issues raised and handyman works

11. Do regular inspection of the building/sites housekeeping and building obsolescence check

Qualifications

1. Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (preferably licensed Engineer, but not required)

2. With at least 2-3 years background in Facilities Management, of which at least 1 year work experience is acquired from the BPO industry & with 6 months to 1 year purchasing working experience

3. Can work in shifting schedule

4. Can work long hours, if necessary

5. Has a good organizational & communication skill

6. Detail-Oriented

7. With ability to coordinate with different levels in the organization and vendors
