POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Human Resources Generalist assists in providing a broad range services to the employees and management team of IBEX Global. This role supports best practices in all areas of human resources, including but not limited to: benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management, management practices, retention and training/development. This position assists the Human Resources Manager (HRM) as the on-site human resources contact for a workforce of 700+ employees (depending on location). All Human Resources positions (within the United States) work consistently with offshore employees on HR related items. With all human resources matters and functions, this position maintains appropriate levels of confidentiality and ensures functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to point, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full time position. Employee must be able to travel up to 15%.
