This is a project based position for 5 - 6 months.
This will be Work On Site in IBEX Shaw, Mandaluyong for proper onboarding & training, and will shift to Work From Home.
The role is also on a Midshift (supporting EMEA) but will be open to shifting.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / PSA Functional Consultant who will play a key role in driving business transformation initiatives. This individual will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process documentation while helping translate business needs into actionable implementation roadmaps—particularly in Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms.
This role requires strong consulting skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
Stakeholder Management & Engagement
Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and pain points
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Lead end-to-end requirements gathering activities
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Analyze current ("as-is") processes and define future ("to-be") states
Process Documentation & Improvement
Create process flows, SOPs, and detailed documentation
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
Ensure alignment with industry best practices
PSA Platform & Solution Support
Work with PSA platforms (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce, OpenAir, Kantata, etc.)
Translate requirements into system configurations and solution designs
Collaborate with technical teams to support implementation
Implementation & Roadmap Planning
Develop clear implementation roadmaps and project plans
Support solution delivery from design through deployment
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and change management
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
5–10+ years of experience in:
Business Analysis / Functional Consulting
Requirements gathering and process documentation
Experience working with PSA or similar enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM)
Strong experience in:
Stakeholder interviews
Process mapping (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
Writing business and functional requirements
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leaders
Preferred
Experience with specific PSA tools (e.g., Certinia, OpenAir, NetSuite, Kantata)
Exposure to global clients or shared services environments
Experience in Agile or hybrid project methodologies
Background in professional services, consulting, or technology industries
Certifications (a plus):
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
