Overview

This is Mid to Night Shift (supporting EMEA region) & WFH until notice (tagged in Shaw, Mandaluyong site)

The Analyst, Market Ops  will be responsible for EMEA’s setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless operations within Marketo and automation platforms within company’s tech stack. This role will focus on assisting campaign production to ensure that our campaigns are running efficiently and effectively.  

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design, build, execute marketing campaigns using Marketo (or any other campaign management tool), including email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows.
  • Liaise with global campaign operations to ensure integrity in reporting, segmentation, data management, and process development. 
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance and other campaign elements. 
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 
  • Recommend opportunities for improving campaign operations processes and workflows.
  • Implement and follow best practices for campaign setup, execution, and reporting within Marketo. 
  • Ensure data integrity within Marketo by regularly auditing and cleaning databases and lists. 
  • Support EMEA Campaign Operations Manager to ensure data protection and privacy policies are adhered to.
  • Enable EMEA marketing team with the skills and tool knowledge to succeed in their role.
  • Collaborate with EMEA Campaign operations manager, EMEA Marketing Operations, and Global Demand Centre Operations in executing day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

Required skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent English skills - reading and writing is required.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Leads, Campaigns, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities 
  • Proficiency in utilizing Marketo for the creation and implementation of email campaigns within service level agreements, including audience segmentation, scheduling, list build and extraction, and providing reports on campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding in email marketing best practices, including deliverability, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Strong MS Office skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong system analytical skill supported by ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities
  • Ability to build trust and maintain relationship with related team in the process
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload
