WORK ONSITE
As a Dealer Engagement Specialist, you are responsible for getting in touch with the dealer contact and assisting through the DealerVault onboarding process. You will be responsible for walking dealerships through the step-by-step signup to create an order for our Implementations team. You will also be responsible for answering any questions around the onboarding process or the benefits of DealerVault.
1. Reach out to dealership contact via phone and/or email to inform them of the
data requested by their vendor.
2. Educate about DealerVault and data integration process.
3. Lead the onboarding process for new dealerships, ensuring a smooth
transition onto our platform.
4. Walk the dealer through the steps needed to sign up with DealerVault (E.g.:
Sign authorization form, install DVSync, selecting DMS & Vendor partners)
5. Track all communication with dealers in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and
comprehensive records of interactions.
6. Update contact information on the DealerVault account as needed.
7. Escalate cases to the appropriate team or end-users when appropriate.

Education Requirements:
Requires an Associate Degree from an accredited college or university with a
major emphasis in Management or Sales; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years in a professional role including sales, marketing,
and account management.
