The Vendor Program Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of third-party onboarding and risk screening.
This role reports to the head of Vendor Management Office
Administrative tasks will include, but not limited to:
Reviewing intake submissions from stakeholders, requesting, verifying and uploading necessary documentation (Due Diligence) and setting up third-party profiles in the Third-Party database
Follow-ups with Stakeholders will be a collaborative effort of the VMO team
Metrics Tracking
Vendor Program Administrators will be responsible for tracking their workload and processing time
