The HR Generalist assists in leading and guiding the Human Resources functions for a customer contact center location to provide a broad range of services to employees, mostly non-exempt technical support and customer service positions. The HR Generalist reports to the Human Resources Manager where both positions support the full employment lifecycle by engaging with managers and employees to provide best practices in all areas of human resources, excluding recruiting but including but not limited to, employee relations, FMLA/ADA administration, benefits administration, salary administrations, legal compliance, safety, performance management and management development, engagement and retention initiatives, training managers in core HR programs and support general business and management practices. The HR Generalist is
a business partner focused on ethics and compliance with sound judgment, confidentiality and discretion in varying situations.
