Overview

Participate in all Selection Process of each applicants through different variety of applications. Conduct Initial and Behavioral Interview, endorse, monitor and converts the applicants for their final interview, discuss and onboard the applicants to program specific assessment and language assessment, discuss the Job offer to the selected applicants and endorse the selected applicants to training team.

Responsibilities

  • Converts the applicants being endorsed from the Initial Interview up to the Job
  • Follow the scheduled turnaround time to ensure that applicants are being monitored and processed in a real-time manner.
  • Build a strong rapport to ensure the candidate selection process
  • Collaborate with each team member to ensure that the daily business needs are being met
  • Calibrate with stakeholders in a timely manner to know the applicant's profiles that are the best fit for the program.
  • Ensures 100% fill rate/completion rate for all

Qualifications

Education:

  • Completed at least the 2nd year in College without back
  • Business Administration Course, B.S.B.A. Human Resources, and B.S Psychology Graduate, or any equivalent course, is a plus

 

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to
  • Preferably with BPO or Recruitment Experience in any

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
  • Effective and efficient in creating/writing professional emails and/or other modes of communication
  • Ability to navigate video conference applications/platforms as well as calendar invites,

 

Soft Skills:

  • Responds quickly to changes in roles, structures, processes, and new platforms involving Recruitment and can work under pressure/with minimal supervision.
