A Recruitment Associate is a professional who supports the hiring process by posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements
Responsible for generating leads and a strong candidate pool to increase the talent database
Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent candidates to the hiring managers
Oversees the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring managers
Responsible for overseeing and facilitating a smooth internal promotions hiring process
Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
Responsible for the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates, and program allocation
Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
Responsible for report maintenance
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred
1-2 years minimum recruitment experience from any industry
Any work experience gained from a recruitment firm or BPO company handling end-to-end recruitment for non-agent BPO/Call center positions is an advantage
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
Must be detail-oriented and willing to multitask
Proficient planning, time management, and decision-making skills
Willing to work on different shifts when the need arises
Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing business environment.
