We are seeking a Payments Compliance Analyst to join our payments compliance team. This role will be crucial in supporting our Pay by Bank ACH product. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and excel in a repetitive, task-driven environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. This role involves underwriting new merchants, conducting annual merchant reviews, processing administrative changes, and dispositioning BSA/AML (Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering)  cases generated by our systems.

● Merchant Underwriting:
○ Conduct thorough due diligence on new merchant applications for the Pay by Bank product.
○ Evaluate merchant risk profiles and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
○ Verify merchant information and documentation.
● Annual Merchant Reviews:
○ Perform annual reviews of existing merchants to assess ongoing compliance and risk.
○ Conduct customer/merchant outreach to obtain missing or expired documentation.
● Administrative Changes:
○ Process merchant bank account changes, and other administrative modifications accurately and efficiently.
● BSA/AML Case Disposition:
○ Review and analyze BSA/AML alerts generated by our monitoring systems.
○ Make sound judgments and disposition cases in accordance with established procedures.
● Repetitive Task Management:
○ Efficiently and accurately complete repetitive tasks with a high degree of consistency.
○ Demonstrate a strong ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a task-oriented environment.
