The BRD/Lead Generation/Inside Sales Representative thrives in a quick sales cycle environment to help accelerate growth. This role is responsible for making dozens of connections per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, advancing the sales process, closing new sales and account expansion opportunities, and achieving sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will also conduct research to identify new client leads and reach business targets through sales marketing tools, emails, telephone calls, webinars and tradeshows.

· Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting
· Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives
· You will partner with real estate owners and property management companies to support their current property services by offering On Demand access to the company’s vast technician network
· Identify prospect’s current purchasing solution and offer the company's One Source marketplace which provides “Nation’s Best Pricing” on many supplies and materials
· Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using Salesforce CRM software.
· Provide excellent and effective customer service assisting both external and internal customers
