Overview

Title: Vendor Sourcing / Reactive Sourcing
Department: Operations

Summary

The Reactive Sourcing employee is tasked to look for a vendor to complete the Work Order. They will be responsible for surfacing talent for numerous clients with varied needs. The employee will need to locate the address and service type to source the correct affiliate.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Responsible for searching for outsourced affiliates by using the following: Google, Yelp, Yellow Pages, Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace to complete the customer’s requests.
Contact affiliates and Make sure all affiliates are licensed, insured and can take credit card payments
Gather relevant information from the affiliate
Review accuracy prior to submission
Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Perform Ad-hoc projects as requested by Management in a timely fashion.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience – typically 1-3 years of related work required for those who do not possess a degree)
Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Excel
