Overview

Are you a passionate about keeping things running smoothly and efficiently? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Sourcing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you're responsible for taking part in ensuring optimal inventory levels, resolving out-of-stock issues, and making sure our customers always have access to the products they need.

Responsibilities

●      Maintain optimal inventory levels by managing out-of-stock tools and processes to ensure accurate product availability for customer purchasing.

●      Oversee product mapping, updating costing and catalog management to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

●      Assist in the refinement and upkeep of the forecasting process for owned inventory to improve stock planning.

●      Develop and regularly update vendor schedules to minimize potential disruptions.

●      Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

●      Experience with large datasets and data analysis, demonstrating strong attention to detail.

●      Proven skills in inventory forecasting and planning to optimize stock levels.

●      Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●      Must be highly proficient in Excel/Sheets.

●      Strong organizational skills, ensuring consistent execution and follow-through on projects.

●   Can start ASAP

 

Success Indicators:

●      Increased Delivered-Error-Free-On-Time (DEFOT) rate and reduction in customer disruptions

●      Achievement of forecasting and sell through KPI’s for owned inventory

●      Boost the automation rate while reducing failures caused by mapping issues

●      Optimized management of schedule adjustments and one-off closures, leading to a reduction in late shipments
