Overview

This role requires ServiceTitan knowledge/experience as this would be supporting a US General Contractor company (US hours) specializing in remodeling and restoration for residential and commercial properties.

About the Role

In this critical role, you’ll be the operational hub behind the scenes, maintaining system integrity and performance across all departments: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Solar, Roofing, and CSR. You will lead ServiceTitan optimization initiatives, implement workflows, support field and office teams, and deliver high-impact reporting that drives business decisions.

Responsibilities

ServiceTitan System Optimization

  • Manage system settings, modules (e.g., Pricebook Pro, Marketing Pro), permissions, and version rollouts.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve field and office issues in real-time.

  • Maintain system integrations with Hatch, Contractor Commerce, QuickBooks, and marketing dashboards.

  • Support CRM and Contact Hub cleanup for multi-location accuracy and streamlined communication.

Pricebook, Job Costing, and Margin Control

  • Maintain and update the Pricebook using Pricebook Connect and procurement integrations.

  • Ensure materials, equipment, labor, and burden costs are linked to each service for real-time job costing.

  • Monitor and adjust dynamic pricing rules to protect gross margin visibility.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and reports (Technician Performance, Job Costing, Memberships, Estimate Follow-Ups).

  • Maintain dashboards that support leadership insights and drive action.

  • Build reporting pipelines to external tools like Power BI if needed.

Workflow Enforcement & Task Oversight

  • Monitor open tasks, follow-up pipelines, project statuses, estimate conversion opportunities, and multi-day job appointments.

  • Ensure SOPs for Estimate Handling, Pending Parts, Refunds, Permits, and Task Management are adhered to via system enforcement.

User Support & Training

  • Handle Tier 1–2 ServiceTitan issues internally.

  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training across departments.

  • Maintain documentation, job aids, and checklist tools for every critical ServiceTitan function

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceTitan Admin (multi-trade experience preferred).

  • Deep knowledge of ServiceTitan settings, pricebook structure, integrations, and reporting tools.

  • Operational awareness of field and office dynamics in a high-volume service business.
