Participate in all sourcing processes and provide strategic input on best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and for functional talent through new and existing partnerships with vendors.

• Sources passive candidates through networking, advertisements, job fairs, and branding initiatives
• Building pipeline, and maintaining talent pools of suitably qualified candidates based on business
  demands and nurturing candidates for future openings.
• In-charge of branding logistics for external and internal activities
• Develops and implements programs to include targeted job fairs and other activities, such as
  placing advertisements and networking.

Education:

• Completed at least 2nd year in College without back subjects.
• Business Administration Course, B.S.B.A Human Resources, and B.S Psychology Graduate or any equivalent course is a plus

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with BPO or Recruitment Experience in any field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
• Effective and efficient in creating/writing professional emails and/or other mode of communication
• Ability to navigate video conference applications/platforms as well as calendar invites, etc.

Soft Skills:

• Responds quickly to changes in roles, structures, processes and new platforms involving
• Recruitment and can work under pressure/with minimum supervision.
• Highly motivated with strong sense of commitment.
• Average to Good Communication skills
