Overview
- Review and analyze the completeness of practitioner applications
- Conduct interviews and activation calls to onboard all prospective candidates
- Nurture applicants through our recruitment process via email, phone calls, sms chats
Responsibilities
- Full communication to applicants in onboarding process
- Vet and approve documents including but not limited to; resumes, practitioner licenses/certifications, liability insurance, supply kits, and any other requested documentation.
- Complete all relevant paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations outlined
- Assist with other recruitment and therapist engagement related projects
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting or training
- Effective attention to detail
- Experience with applicant tracking software programs is a plus
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Hybrid setup (Shaw site)
- Amenable to work in midshift
