Ibex Global is currently in search of Instructional Designer to join our GLID team.
The Instructional Designer – eLearning manages all steps in the project lifecycle: from Project Initiation to Project Closure. The work includes, but may not be limited to:
Analysis
o Identify the client’s problem and resource availability/ limitations as well as profile of target learners
o Gather information and course elements from members, internal departments, SMEs (subject matter experts), research institutions, and other sources
o Analyze content and identify primary and secondary learning objectives
Design
o Create branded templates for content: from decks, onepagers to simulators
o Brainstorm on and select the design elements fit for the project requirements
o Generate ideas on activities, gamification, story-telling and assessment
o Select optimum design and development process considering available resources and deadlines o Design storyboards in collaboration with subject matter expert
Development
o Develop according to agreed development process (ADDIE, SAM)
o Develop content elements such as images, videos, audio using Adobe Creative Suite, Audacity and other multimedia tools
o Develop scenarios and associated stories and dialogue scripts
o Create or put together the e-Learning content using software such as using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline
o Apply gamification and scenario-based learning in materials
o Ensure contents are peer reviewed and approved internally before presenting to client o Apply agreed upon revisions, if any
o Administer several functions of IBEX Global’s Training Management System (TMS) such as course creation, uploading content, creating assessments and setting up course restrictions (e.g. passing grades)
Project Management
o Collaborate with stakeholders in all stages of the project, ensuring proper and timely communication
o Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
o Ensure tasks and project deliverables are executed and submitted on agreed schedule
o Report utilization of materials within the duration of project timelines
o Secure project acceptance and closure
The Instructional Designer, as a key member of the GLID team also supports internal business processes:
o Innovation – support and work on GLID strategic and innovation plans and initiatives
o Learning – ensure continuous development of skills or acquiring new skills; stay updated on technology and industry news and trends
o Internal Processes – support GLID and Ibex processes, policies and guidelines.
Work Location: Any preferred IBEX site

Schedule: Night shift
