An Platform and Analytics Specialist will assist with platform maintenance (primarily ATS), day to day usage, tools training, and daily reporting of the recruiting team. The Platform and Analytics Specialist will be the primary point of contact for multiple countries and their teams on common requests for tool additions (new interview guides, offer letters etc), troubleshooting (login issues, workflow assistance), and integrations (onboarding new hires through company HRIS). The role will include project and process management with a focus on process adherence.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting of common daily tools issues (login issues, workflow assistance).
Requests for new content creations, such as interview guides, offer letters, onboarding documents, etc.
Auditing to ensure accuracy of systems processes and procedures.
Regularly scheduled meetings with local teams to proactively identify needs and establish best practices.
Assistance with delivering data from recruitment tools to other departments/internal audiences.
Regular maintenance tasks such as data cleanups and data/process mappings.
Software integrations experience
Vendor Relationship Management experience
Extracting, transforming, loading data from multiple web-based tools.
Proficient in MS Excel
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and is result oriented.
Ability to work in a high-pressure work environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Basic familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools and principles
Willing to work on a NIGHT shift schedule
