The US Recruitment Associate will support IBEX US Recruitment by proactively and successfully sourcing & identifying prospective candidates in a high-volume, on-line based, centralized recruiting environment. In addition, he/she will ensure implementation of department’s objectives, specifically by supporting the day-to-day recruitment process.
Successful implementation of Recruitment and Sourcing programs
Follow standard and accepted interview and selection techniques in compliance with US labor laws
Detailed, objective and highly selective process in making hiring decisions to staff IBEX with the most qualified and highest quality employees possible
Assessing system-wide recruitment needs and develop action plan to meet required staffing needs for IBEX US
Partner with Global teams best practices on the design and implementation of R&R programs by leveraging with industry’s best practices
Comply with the policies and procedures in order to achieve service excellence
Ensures targets are met in a timely manner
Interact with fellow team members to enhance team performance
Ensure and maintain the Customer Experience by establishing good relationship with our business partners both internally and externally, giving accurately and timely feedback of their requests, issues or concerns
Ensure performance level agreements are met or exceeded
Meets overall Recruitment performance/goals
Ensure compliance with company standards and US & local laws
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing or equivalent.
Relevant experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Placement and Sourcing required
Background in US/ Global Recruiting is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written aspects
