Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Scheduling Representative to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and coordinating vendors (affiliates) to complete client work orders across various industries and service types. You’ll play a vital role in connecting customer needs with qualified service providers, ensuring efficient and reliable execution.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for searching for outsourced affiliates by using the following: Google, Yelp, Yellow Pages, Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace to complete the customer’s requests.

  • Contact affiliates and make sure all affiliates are licensed, insured and can take credit card payments.

  • Gather relevant information from the affiliate.

  • Review accuracy prior to submission.

  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Perform Ad-hoc projects as requested by Management in a timely fashion.

  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.

  • Must be detail oriented.

  • Basic analytical skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Excel
