Overview

This will be Work On Site in Shaw, Mandaluyong and Night Shift. You will be supporting a US client for recruiting field sales associates. Some marketing background will be a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience

  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with operations team and client groups

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of the recruiting teams as the role matures

  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally

  • Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary

  • Serve as a point of contact for Hiring Authority inquiries

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date TA records and documentation

  • Assist with various TA projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Core skills:

  • Minimum one year Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Strong typing skills, 50+ wpm

  • Strong organizational skills

  • The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

 Preferred:

  • Adroit at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

  • 3 years minimum recruitment experience on Global Recruiting for both Technical & Corporate Roles; must have US recruitment experience- ideally on end to end process.

  • Any work experience gained from a recruitment firm or BPO company handling end-to-end recruitment for non-agent BPO/Call center positions is an advantage

  • Marketing experience - can improve pipelining in achieving hires requirement/quota
