Overview

Ibex Global is currently in search of Instructional Designer to join our GLID team.

Responsibilities

Planning and Analysis
 Identifies training needs and, in collaboration with training leads, develops short-term and long-term professional development, knowledge, skills, and behavioral training for Ibex trainers.
 Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, and trainers.
 Analyzes and identifies learning and development needs of the ibex training members thatrespond to current and future business needs in partnership with stakeholders (managers,leaders)


Design and Development
 Create SMART objectives for learning or performance for Ibex trainers.
 Create flexible and innovative learning People development programs using digital tools
 Create a learning evaluation plan based on Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation methods
 Creates, organizes, and plans a comprehensive development and training plan including functional skills and technical knowledge training to fulfil training member’s specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
 Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
 Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.


Implementation
 Deliver instructor- led, virtual or onsite classes, presentation and demonstrations for trainers using Adult learning theories
 Collaborate closely with training leaders to ensure strategies and People Development programs are applied in a standard manner across sites
 Drive utilization of trainer learning solutions.
 Coordinates training learning sessions by determining and securing date, time, location, speaker, and number of participants; and maintains learning session schedules.
 Evaluates program relevancy and accuracy through assessments, surveys, and feedback and monitors the process and impact of training on learning and on-the-job performance.


Project Management
 Communicate all People Development project-related updates to all stakeholders
 Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation using IBEX’s action registr

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, preferred
  • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment
  • Training needs analysis, methods and procedures
  • Process mapping and visual display design principles
  • Excellent written and communications skills, mandatory
  • Must have proficiency with various software application programs including MS Office
  • Prior customer service or call center environment experience

 

Work Location: Any preferred IBEX site

Work Setup: Work from Home

Schedule: Night shift
