Participate in all Compliance Process of each applicants through applicant tracking system. Conduct a follow
through on applicant's requirements and monitor and ensure 100% completion rate of applicants before
the onboarding process and before endorsing the hires to training.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitors the completion of requirements of all applicants.
• Ensure that compliance rate is at 100%.
• Conduct a bi-weekly audit to ensure compliance is 100%.
• Conducts Financial Audit and ensures 100% accuracy on reports.
Education:
• Completed at least 2nd year in College without back subjects.
• Business Administration Course, B.S.B.A Human Resources, and B.S Psychology Graduate or any
equivalent course is a plus
Experience:
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with BPO or Recruitment Experience in any field.
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
• Effective and efficient in creating/writing professional emails and/or other mode of communication
• Ability to navigate video conference applications/platforms as well as calendar invites, etc.
Soft Skills:
• Responds quickly to changes in roles, structures, processes and new platforms involving
Recruitment and can work under pressure/with minimum supervision.
