The Recruitment Supervisor will supervises the activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions through recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms/agencies and other sourcing methods. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
Intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications and other HR related tools
Knowledge in utilizing online job portals for sourcing activities
Excellent communication skills
Must possess effective organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to work on several hiring targets simultaneously
Ability to come up with sound and accurate decisions in any given circumstance
Ability to exhibit professionalism
Demonstrated ability to work with a team
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting multiple deadlines in a high pressure environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (shifting schedule)
Willing to be assigned in Alabang
