The IT Site Support Technician is responsible of the installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, internal systems, networks, database, printers and other tangible or intangible IT assets. He is also in-charge of the monitoring and maintenance of the computer systems, company networks, and other IT equipment. He needs to responds to technical service issues and IT requests on a timely manner and to provide technical assistance across the company to support daily operations.
