Overview

The Manager, Financial Systems will work under the direction of the Sr. Director, Financial Systems and support the Company’s Workday implementation and post go live administration. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in financial systems, accounting, FP&A, project management, and/or prior experience implementing or administering Workday or other ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Sr. Director, support the administration of Workday financials, including Core financials, Customer Accounts, Spend, Banking and Adaptive Planning. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, master data and its governance, report writing, user training, problem solving, data interfaces/integrations, Security related to financial modules, and ongoing enhancements
  • Implement optimal processes and configurations that ensure a strong internal control framework
  • Proactively suggest ideas for enhancements and automation to support the growth of the business
  • Develop and maintain process documentation of business rules, allocations, and custom calculations
  • Participate in system audits and reconciliations for data integrity and security
  • Support user training and ongoing user skill enhancement efforts

  • Adaptive Planning experience is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Experience implementing, maintaining, and improving financial systems
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Drive for continuous improvement and best practice mindset
