As the Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives delivering value to our team, our customers, and our business overall. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing scalable solutions to support our current business operations while supporting expansion into new markets and services. The individual will work closely with the warehouse functions of each business to ensure proper service levels are being provided. This involves analyzing the current and future needs of the products and services, identifying the best sources and suppliers, negotiating the prices and terms, and ensuring the quality and compliance standards.

Purchasing Management:

·         Execute quarterly vendor pricing review process informing future purchasing plans and driving vendor accountability

·         Lead projects for new material sourcing or savings initiatives

·         Maintain accurate pricing of materials within Service Titan

Data Management and Analysis:

·         Remove all obsolete materials, equipment, and vendor data based on usage

·         Owner of internal pricing data for all business units, including monthly and quarterly updates as pricing from vendors change

·         Lead data automation projects to help drive team efficiencies

·         Lead and implement improved data analysis to be used in monthly and quarterly reporting

Centralized Pricebook Implementation:

·         Leveraging our current data, build out a centralized catalog of materials and equipment

·         Load accurate vendor part numbers and prices for all business units

·         Standardize our approach to managing Unit of Measure

·         Develop reporting to monitor primary vendor adherence

·         Sync the centralized pricebook with existing material/equipment catalogs in current and future business units

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·         Basic understanding of procurement processes

·         Strong organizational and time management skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel

·         Experience with data analysis (PowerBI) preferred

·         Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems
