Overview

This is Work Onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong & Night Shift Schedule.

Responsibilities

Job Overview: This role will focus on Outbound Sales Calling, appointment setting, and CRM utilization.

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers who have purchased trees, with the goal to promote our full suite of tree care services including pruning/trimming, health care (pest/disease mgmt., fertilization, etc.), removal, and monitoring 

  • Deliver a premium customer experience by thanking clients for their previous purchases, reinforcing the value of their investment, and introducing complementary care services.

  • Educate customers on the benefits of ongoing tree and shrub care to support long-term plant health, property aesthetics, and value preservation.

  • Qualify interest and schedule onsite consultations with a certified technician or arborist, who will provide a tailored quote based on the specific needs of the customer’s landscape.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, scheduled appointments, and referral sources within the CRM system to ensure follow-up and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with the service team to coordinate site visits and ensure a seamless, high-touch transition from initial outreach to service delivery.

  • Consistently meet or exceed outreach and scheduling goals, contributing to overall sales growth and customer retention efforts.

  • Proven ability to educate and influence customers to drive interest and conversions.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage follow-ups and track data in a CRM.

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
