Overview

At Ibex Global Solutions, we’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who has experience in the niche and technology recruiting whether in PH or offshore sites. In this fast-paced, candidate-driven market, the ideal recruiter will be highly motivated and tenacious. We’re seeking someone who’s willing to learn and remain up to date on the hiring best practices in the recruiting industry. This exciting opportunity will enable the right person to take their career to a new level and maximize their growth potential. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment including intake calls/calibration meetings, sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding. 
  • Manage recruiting for various roles such as but not limited to – Niche positions, Technology roles, Offshore/global roles and any other hiring requirements as needed.   
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of our business, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles. 
  • Identify and source active & passive candidates in the market through different various sourcing strategies and techniques. 
  • Do necessary market intelligence research to check availability of the role in the market and pay competitiveness.  
  • Conduct effective behavioral screening, candidate profiling and job matching.  
  • Provide excellence candidate experience during onboarding stage.  
  • Does other recruiting and sourcing related tasks as needed 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred 
  • At least 4 to 6 years of work experience managing niche/Technical/global/offshore related positions gained from a BPO Company handling end-to-end recruitment from hiring to onboarding. 
  • Proven success in recruiting for niche or unique positions with hard to source skills 
  • Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles such as but not limited to: Developers, Software Engineer, Network Engineer, DevOps, Solution Architects, System Admin, AI tech related roles, etc.  
  • With experience sourcing and recruiting for offshore locations such as but not limited to: US, Pakistan, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua and India 
  • Extensive experience managing stakeholders from calibration sessions to offer negotiations. 
  • Ability to create strategic sourcing strategies to deliver hiring needs within SLA.  
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills 
  • Must be proficient in using Applicant Tracking System tools 
  • Must be detail oriented, willing to multi-task and highly analytical  
  • Proficient planning and decision-making skills 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.  
  • Willing to work on a mid shift schedule and adjust schedule whenever needed.  
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid set up. Must be willing to work in any of our ibex sites in Metro Manila.
