Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Maintaining accurate daily logs and submitting professional post-visit summaries through HubSpot or similar platforms.
Process Optimization: Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the HubSpot CRM system to enhance sales and marketing processes.
Lead Management: Working with existing company leads and potentially self-generating new leads.
Sales and Service Support: Documenting customer interactions and supporting sales and maintenance scheduling functions.
Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations).
Key Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience using HubSpot, Oracle CRM, or similar digital platforms in a professional setting.
Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of CRM functionalities, lead scoring, and workflows.
Education: A BS degree or equivalent experience is often required for the roles.
Certifications (Optional but preferred): ISA Certification for arborist roles and other relevant professional certifications.
