The Channel Marketing Operations Analyst will help in the BAU support of the EMEA Channel Marketing organization. They will collaborate across EMEA Channel Marketing and Corporate Channel Marketing Operations teams to support the development of metrics, insights, channel data maintenance and systems
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Work with EMEA MOPs analytics to produce, maintain and distribute core channel marketing KPIs and metrics
· Work with EMEA MOPs data analyst and EMEA channel marketing organisation to ensure optimal database health
· Liaise with global channel marketing ops teams to ensure integrity in reporting, data management and process development.
· Develop and document all channel marketing operations processes
· Develop weekly and monthly re-occurring reporting cadence.
· Support channel marketing function in list building, marketing database segmentation and health baselining and reporting
· Become expert for channel ops processes, requirements, and dependencies.
· Enable partner marketing team with the skills and tool knowledge to succeed in their role.
· Drive awareness, utilization and refinement of partner dashboards and standardized reports.
Preferred skills
• The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of experience within a tech.
• Business level communication skills in English
• Experience of bespoke internal databases or data management systems.
• Experience maintaining a MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) integration, a huge plus
Required skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Leads, Campaigns, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities
• Excellent English skills - reading and writing is required
• Strong MS Office skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong system analytical skill supported by ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities
• Ability to build trust and maintain relationship with related team in the process
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload
