The Senior Human Resources Generalist assists in providing a broad range services to the employees and management team of IBEX Global. This role supports best practices in all areas of human resources, including but not limited to: benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management, management practices, retention and training/development. This position assists the Human Resources Manager (HRM) as the on-site human resources contact for a workforce of 700+ employees (depending on location).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support onsite personnel in Operations, Training, Recruitment, Quality Assurance, and IT as well as other Human Resources Professionals at other sites.
- Ensure adherence to all IBEX policies and procedures as well as ensure that safety procedures are followed to safeguard the well-being of the entire workforce.
- Assist the HRM with external requests associated with EEOC, Unemployment and other governmental agencies as well as represent the company at applicable hearings if necessary.
- Work closely with the Corporate Benefits team to facilitate and assist with benefit administration at each location including the processing of new hire and life event benefit enrollment.
- Assist with NEO preparation and facilitation.
- Answer and assist in basic payroll inquiries, escalating and investigating as necessary.
- Handles employee relations concerns, counseling and interviewing as needed.
- Reports, maintains and monitors site workers' compensation case files; follows-up on open cases.
- Maintains employee personnel files.
- Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings to ensure compliance in all areas of HR Management
- Report monthly Human Resources metrics to the Regional Human Resources manager and share best practices across all sites.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or other related field with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources.
- Professional experience in a call center environment a plus.
- PHR/SPHR preferred.

- Must possess the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and report in on all tasks as assigned.
- Must be willing to travel from one site to another (when necessary)

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to point, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full time position. Employee must be able to travel up to 15%.
