Overview

IBEX is seeking a focused and results-oriented Talent Mobility Specialist to join our team. The Talent Mobility Specialist reports directly to the Manager, Talent Mobility. Together, they are responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through ibex's selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community. The Talent Mobility Specialist works closely with the Manager and Senior Specialist to carry out all administrative functions related to recruiting for the United States. He or she will also develop and implement recruiting strategies utilizing a variety of recruiting methods, including advertising, community networking, and creative development of diverse recruiting sources.

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage both internal and external job openings.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in-person), administer appropriate assessments and organizes interviews with the hiring manager.
  • Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Manages the internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with the hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
  • Communicates important employment information during the delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).
  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 yrs end to end recruitment experience
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Focused and proactive approach to work tasks.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • Professional communication style, presentation, and solid business acumen.
  • Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy and details.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
