Payroll Excellence
● Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
● Audit timecards, commissions, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
● Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
● Maintain employee payroll records with exceptional accuracy.
● Process new hires, terminations, wage changes, and payroll adjustments.
● Manage garnishments, direct deposits, and tax-related payroll functions.
Financial Accuracy
● Reconcile payroll-related accounts and reports.
● Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
● Prepare labor and payroll reports for leadership.
● Support payroll journal entries and financial audits.
Systems & Reporting
● Utilize Sage Intacct to maintain payroll and accounting data.
● Build and maintain reports using Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
● Leverage ServiceTitan reporting to validate payroll, commissions, labor costs, and
employee compensation.
● Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
Employee Support
● Serve as a trusted resource for payroll-related questions.
● Resolve payroll discrepancies quickly and professionally.
● Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Required
● 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
● Strong understanding of payroll laws and compliance.
● Advanced Excel Skills
● Advanced Google Workspace skills, particularly Google Sheets.
● Exceptional attention to detail.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Preferred
● Experience with Sage Intacct.
● Experience with ServiceTitan.
● Experience supporting payroll in a service-based business.
● Accounting, Finance, or Business degree.
● CPP certification.
