Building complete and accurate installation job packets
● Ordering materials and equipment for installation projects
● Verifying equipment accuracy upon arrival and ensuring proper staging
● Coordinating schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials with Install Managers and
Sales Teams
● Securing permits and ensuring compliance with local jurisdictions

● Creating invoices, job costing, and project documentation within ServiceTitan
● Maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal teams
● Identifying and resolving scheduling, permitting, or material challenges before they
impact the customer experience
● Supporting installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and
professionally
● Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities

● 3+ years of HVAC industry experience preferred
● Understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation processes
● Knowledge of HVAC equipment, thermostats, IAQ products, and duct systems
● Familiarity with local permitting requirements and mechanical codes
● Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
● High level of accountability and attention to detail
